SEPTEMBER
SEPTEMBER OF '92
The objective of this assignment was to light an object to music. The song "September of '92" by Jonathan Reid Gealt immediately stood out to me because of the clear story it tells. I wanted to emmulate the story in light.

The choice of using polaroids came naturally. Pictures paint a story of thousands and thousands of words and the nostalgia that accompanies a single photo is quite impossible to summarize in anything but the photo itself. A photograph can tangibly capture a single moment, my intent was to do the same with light––engulf the audience in a moment to be remembered.
